Ruby Nails Policy
There will be no changes in color or design. We are happy to fix lifting, chipping, cracking, or broken nails that customers may experience after visiting our salon within 7 days. If customers are unable to visit within 7 days to have their nails fixed, please contact us, and we will assist you in resolving any issues.
The 7-day guarantee policy will not be applied to regular polish (or kid’s pedi and mani services).
We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
If children (under 15 years old) are receiving a service, guardians are asked to specify which service they are to receive. It is the guardian’s responsibility to pay for any additional services.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Prices are subject to change without notice. If you agree to additional services or upgrades, you are responsible for the additional cost.
We will not be held responsible for allergic reactions or burning due to waxing services performed on customers who are using any acne treatment and/or have sensitive skin. Please inform our staff if you have any special needs, medical problems, or allergies that may affect your service.
Complimentary wine and beverages are available for customers with services (water, wine, beer, soda).
