Ruby Nails Policy

  • There will be no changes in color or design. We are happy to fix lifting, chipping, cracking, or broken nails that customers may experience after visiting our salon within 7 days. If customers are unable to visit within 7 days to have their nails fixed, please contact us, and we will assist you in resolving any issues.

  • The 7-day guarantee policy will not be applied to regular polish (or kid’s pedi and mani services).

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.

  • If children (under 15 years old) are receiving a service, guardians are asked to specify which service they are to receive. It is the guardian’s responsibility to pay for any additional services.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice. If you agree to additional services or upgrades, you are responsible for the additional cost.

  • We will not be held responsible for allergic reactions or burning due to waxing services performed on customers who are using any acne treatment and/or have sensitive skin. Please inform our staff if you have any special needs, medical problems, or allergies that may affect your service.

  • Complimentary wine and beverages are available for customers with services (water, wine, beer, soda).

  • No refunds.
